With travel speeds of up to 1000 mm/s and acceleration reaching 65,000 mm/s², it stands out as the fastest printer in its class.

Its custom motorization, manufactured in France, ensures smooth and consistent motion, crucial for maintaining top-tier quality, even at high throughput.

And with our brand-new automatic ejection system, part removal is easier than ever: the flexible build plate twists to release prints effortlessly, even large-scale ones.

Our exclusive operating system, CosmOS, has been completely redesigned for industrial use. It features an intuitive, seamless, and secure interface, allowing both local and remote control via Orca Slicer. An integrated Ultra HD camera provides real-time monitoring, while built-in production traceability includes print history and detailed reporting capabilities.

SMART AUTOMATION

The Super Nova features intelligent systems that automate key stages of the printing process, ensuring consistent quality and increased productivity while minimizing errors and unnecessary downtime.

These capabilities include dynamic vibration and extrusion compensation, automatic calibration at startup, optimized extrusion through Pressure Advance, and precise environmental monitoring throughout the print.

COSMYX DRYER: YOUR ESSENTIAL COMPANION

Complementing our printer, Cosmyx is also launching its filament drying station, equipped with two filament outlets to support dual extrusion. Capable of reaching temperatures up to 160 °C, it can hold up to three 1 kg spools or two 2.2 kg spools, ensuring optimal storage and material handling conditions.

By drying filament before and during printing, it eliminates moisture-related risks and guarantees consistent quality—especially critical when working with technical or filled materials.
