On June 14, the Versus exhibition, organized by the World Health Organization and the United Nations, opened at the Palais de l'ONU in Geneva. Versus focuses on the role of the arts in improving health and well-being. To develop the project, curator Isabelle Wachsmuth called on COSMYX 3D. Here's how it worked.

The central idea of this exhibition is to demonstrate the power of co-creation, co-inspiration and a way of conceiving a new distributed and authentic leadership. And specifically with a wide range of partners committed and dedicated to supporting the implementation of health and well-being for all and this in the objectives of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

3D printing, art and resilience
The idea of featuring art on objects made using additive printing made perfect sense here. The immediacy of 3D printing, its ability to adapt to the needs of people receiving prosthetic hands, for example, and the artwork applied to mass-produced objects, make them unique, giving them an artistic character.
Double collaboration
COSMYX 3D teams collaborated with curator Isabelle Wachsmuth in the run-up to the exhibition. The fruit of this collaboration is the realization of several objects printed on our NOVA printer.
The COSMYX NOVA made the journey to Geneva with our president. Presented at the inauguration of the WHO exhibition at the European headquarters of the UN, our French 3D printer was made available to artists for a week.
This project is great recognition for our French 3D printer and, more generally, for the possibilities offered by 3D printing. It's also a source of pride for our entire team to be able to act as ambassadors for 3D printing and the French Fab. Over and above our participation in the industry of the future, 3D printing has here become the link between art, health and solidarity.
